Improv Theatre Camp

This camp, designed for artists ages 9 – 18, is an in-depth study of the mind-bending, adrenaline-rush, totally fun world of improv for theatre.  Learn to get on stage and leave self-doubt behind. Perfect for anyone looking to become more comfortable speaking and performing. Students also learn team-building skills and get to perform an improv show for a live audience!

Morning Classes – the first part of our days is spent learning the ways and techniques to enhance and develop your spontaneity, listening, character development, problem solving and creativity.

Class exercises are geared toward teaching you to trust yourself as you practice listening, responding, and creating characters in real-time.

Afternoon Rehearsal is devoted to putting theory into practice on stage as we prepare a hilarious improv showcase of games, scenes, and comedy to be performed in front of a live audience.  And every camp member gets to play a role on-stage!
