Payment Policies


To ensure your student’s spot, full payment must be received a week prior to the start of any program, class, or camp. Until payment is received, your registration will not be considered complete. As there is a limited number of spots for each program, only students who have completed payment can be guaranteed a spot.

You can pay by check or through PayPal. $25 of your registration fee is non-refundable. There will be a $25 fee for all returned checks.


After the first day, if you decide that class/camp isn’t for your student, we would be glad to issue you a pro-rated refund for the remainder of the class/camp. If, however, your student continues participating in a second day of class/camp, no refunds can be issued.
No refunds are offered for one-day workshops.

Registering multiple students for camp or class? Email us for a special discount code. Can’t be used with any other discounts (such as “Early Bird” registration) or for one-day workshops.
